Creating Miracles

I call it "Awe!" A feeling of wonder!

When we are in awe, have we just seen or experienced something that is new to us? Or someone who is special to us?

We are in awe of that which we are experiencing. Think of the last time you were in awe. Maybe at Christmas? A nice surprise happened to you? Some good news? A new job/career? Something changed for the better?

Something has happened to us and we see the world, our world differently.

I am rereading "The Prosperous Coach" by Rich Litvin, and I read this line today:

"When someone sees the world differently, they show up differently, and they create results that looked impossible a moment before. That is a miracle."

I love how he defines "miracle." And all it really takes is our ability to see the world differently. No magic. No thunderbolt moment. Just seeing/experiencing the world from a different perspective.

And in that moment, something shifts. We shift. That which we thought was impossible is now possible. The miracle didn't happen "out there." It happened in us! It changed our worldview, and most likely, the view we have of ourselves and others.

I like the idea the miracle working is an inside job. We can see any moment of our lives in awe and wonder! We just need to shift our sight. See it from a different perspective.

I truly believe that is the work that God calls us to. To see life differently through the lens of a miraculous moment.

I love how my life has evolved. I have been called to "do" many things in my life. But, the constant has been to see all of it through the lens of awe, mystery, and miracle.

I love who I am and what I do now. I love to see people in awe when they experience the miracle of something new! Some new perspective. Some new relationship. Some new insight. Some new miracle of themselves.

How can you make 2021 a year of miracles? A year where you shift your worldview and see your world differently? See yourself differently?

I believe that, to do this, it takes your consent and your courage. Consent to experiencing and believing the miracle that has happened, and then have the courage and heart to follow it. Into greater life.
